The following is the legal contact between you and MLM-INVEST Business. By opening an account with us you automatically state that you have read, fully understood, accept and agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions when using our services.
Terms and Conditions defines MLM-INVEST Business services including electronic access to the Client’s account and also Your and MLM-INVEST Business obligations in regard to any transactions through MLM-INVEST Business website.
This Agreement is made between MLM-INVEST Business and the Client.
MLM-INVEST Business reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions at any time. You should check Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. By using this site after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time, you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use please do not use this site.
1. GENERAL
MLM-INVEST Business is incorporated in Panama, and based in Malta - European Union.
Residents of any country can open an account at MLM-INVEST Business.
Client opens investment account through the Company’s (MLM-INVEST Business) website.
Client deposits money using Liberty Reserve e-currency (Minimum 10 USD) and invests it into investment plans offered by the Company.
1.6. MLM-INVEST Business requires you to act as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity or authority.
1.7. Communication between you and MLM-INVEST Business is viewed as private communication of confidential information intended to be used by you only. MLM-INVEST Business requires you to keep all the communication private and not to disclose it to any third party.
1.8. MLM-INVEST Business leaves the right to require ID documents any time to identify the authority of the person or entity itself and as source and destination accounts associated with MLM-INVEST Business account owner as a true, duly and powerful holder of the account with MLM-INVEST Business and certain amount of funds accumulated and/or owed there.
2. MLM-INVEST BUSINESS INVESTMENT ACCOUNT CREATION
2.1. Client can open so much MLM-INVEST Business accounts s/he want. In an account, each deposit to an investment plan, will be handle separately and having its pre-determined investment period.
2.2. Plans are not combined.
3. INVESTMENT PLANS
3.1. Client deposits money into one or several investment plans as follows:
Plan1: 10 – 1000 USD. 6% (weekly interest) for the investment period of 40 weeks.
Plan2: 1001 _ 10.000 USD. 7% (weekly interest) for the investment period of 40 weeks.
Plan3: 10.001 – 100.000 USD. 9% (weekly interest) and more for the investment period of 44 weeks.
3.2. Additional deposits to an existing plan is not possible. Each deposit is handle separately.
3.3. The minimum for depositing to investment plan is 10 USD and there is a maximum limited to 100.000 USD per deposit. Client can make another deposits, or open another accounts.
3.4. MLM-INVEST Business can modify investment plan conditions any time.
4. DEPOSITING FUNDS
4.1. Depositing money to investment account is executed with Liberty Reserve e-currency in accordance with the Client’s Agreement.
4.2. All deposits are to be made in USD only. Deposits made in Liberty Reserve EUR will be rejected.
4.4. All deposits generate earnings the day after investment was made.
4.5. Minimum deposit to investment plan is 10 USD with Liberty Reserve.
4.6. No compound in any plan, No Principal back
5. INVESTMENT PLAN INTEREST PAYMENTS
5.1. MLM-INVEST Business consider business days to calculate weekly profits.
5.2. MLM-INVEST Business Investment Plans earnings are paid every Monday between 00 – 02 am GMT.
5.3. Unavailability of the company’s website due to technical reasons, downtime, does not affect our company’s payments.
5.4. Profits are accrued to your Investment account, accounted to the available balance, each Monday.
5.5. MLM-INVEST Business is not paying interest on public holidays.
5.6. Client the first week will receive interest according to the number of working day before Friday.
e.g. Client invests on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, week will start the next Monday, so full interest one week later.
e.g. Client invests on Wednesday, will have only one business day, in the first week.
5.7. The profit made can be withdrawn or reinvested back to investment plan.
5.8. When the investment period of the plan expires,
Principal is not returned it was included in weekly profits.
6. REINVESTMENT OPTION
6.1. Client can reinvest the profit manually by investing the profit back into investment plans.
6.2. Compounding is not available.
7. WITHDRAWING FUNDS
7.1. E-currency withdrawals is process within 48 hours once the withdrawal request is made, except for weekends and public holidays.
7.1 One withdrawal per day; except for weekends and public holidays
7.2. The investor may place withdrawal order for Liberty Reserve e-currency for any amount within the limit of the balance available that date (Min 1 USD).
7.3. The commission for e-currency transfer is paid by us.
8. AFFILIATE SYSTEM
8.1. MLM-INVEST Business pays a life-long affiliate commission between 1-3% of all amounts invested by every affiliated client; depending of their investment plans. Plan1: 1%; plan2: 2%; plan 3: 3%
8.2. Client cannot sign up another Investment account under his affiliate link, he cannot earn commissions from himself. He is able to refer his family member. Both accounts should have different emails, different names and confirmed with Identity Documents send to administration.
8.3. Affiliate commissions are paid to Investment Account Balance, at the same time of weekly profits: Monday between 00 – 02 am GMT
8.4. Affiliate commissions can be deposited to Investment Plans or withdrawn.
8.5. Clients who used affiliate link but who are not traced by the system as affiliates will see an affiliate ID field in their Registration Form. When such a client does not enter or enters incorrect referral ID, no claims in regard to the referral is accepted.
9. MLM-INVEST BUSINESS WARRANTIES
9.1. MLM-INVEST Business warrants the safety of the invested amounts and interest stability.
9.2. MLM-INVEST Business guarantees all payments made in time and under the terms stipulated in this Agreement.
9.3. MLM-INVEST Business is not associated with any electronic payment system and not liable for any problems in their performance.
9.4. MLM-INVEST Business guarantees any personal information of the Client will not be disclosed to any third parties.
10. CLIENT'S WARRANTIES
10.1. By agreeing with these Terms of Service the Client represents that the services provided by the Company do not breach the law of his/her national jurisdiction.
10.2. Client will keep his/her account access information secret.
10.2. Client will independently monitor the transactions made through the account and inform the Company of any discrepancies or unlawful access.
13. ACCEPTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
11.1. Accepting our term is the same with signing a contract so when you will register Investment Account, your acceptance of our rules will act like an electronic signature on a contract. You agree that your age is legal in your country to participate in this program, and in all the cases your minimal age must be 18 years.
11.2. You agree to invest money only which you can afford to lose. You understand that in all investment arrangements past performance is no guarantee of the same future performance. Future earnings can be different with past earnings. We have the right to configure our existing investment plans anytime.
11.3. You agree that all information, communications and materials you will find on this website are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not an investment advice.
11.4. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not for any other entity. By investing, you agree, acknowledge, and accept that all information you receive is unsolicited, private communications of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information for you only and you agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure unless the information is obviously of a public nature.
11.5. MLM-INVEST Business is absolutely exempt from the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the U.S Investment Company Act of 1940, regulations and amendments thereof. You acknowledge and agree under penalty of perjury that you have not relied on this Act or any other related regulations from any other jurisdictions. We do not charge any taxes.
11.6. User understands and fully accepts the fact that absolutely no spamming of information about MLM-INVEST Business or our web site is allowed. Read our ANTI SPAM POLICY.
12. COPYRIGHT
12.1. We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and require that the people who use MLM-INVEST Business do the same.
12.2. The contents of this site is protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of MLM-INVEST Business. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the materials located within the MLM-INVEST Business only for your personal use.
12.3. You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way exploit the content of MLM-INVEST Business website. Only if you obtain prior written consent from us - and from all other entities with an interest in the relevant intellectual property - you may publish, display or commercially exploit any material from MLM-INVEST Business. To seek our permission, you may contact us.
13. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
13.1. MLM-INVEST Business is not responsible for delays in transmission of an order due to any reasons beyond its control. MLM-INVEST Business does not control signal power, data transmission and receipt via Internet, or configuration of the Client's computer equipment and reliability of its connection.
13.2. MLM-INVEST Business is not accountable for any damage or loss of data caused by any events, actions or omissions, that lead to delay or distortions in the transmission of information, requests and orders due to a breakdown in any transmission facilities that are beyond the control of MLM-INVEST Business.
13.3. MLM-INVEST Business cannot be held responsible for any data communication failure, distortion or delay if problems are from Client's side.
13.4. The Company is not liable for any default under this Agreement resulted from force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to military actions, wars, strikes, rebellions, natural disasters, governmental bans, any breakdown in normal communications or utilities infrastructure services, etc.
14. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING POLICY
14.1. MLM-INVEST Business has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering activities. Suspicious activities are monitored and reported immediately to the authorities.
14.2. MLM-INVEST Business has reserves the right to verify the identity of every customer that holds Investment Account. We can request our ID and Utility bill.
14.3. MLM-INVEST Business will not transfer funds to third parties. Such requests will be granted only under specific circumstances.
14.4. You are able to use MLM-INVEST Business offered money transfer options only to fund your account and withdraw interest of your investments.
14.4. If we detect that Investment Account is used for anything other than investments, the account will be blocked, fully investigated and thorough documentation will be requested as to the origin of the funds and the identity of the beneficiaries.
15. TERMS AND CONDITIONS AMENDMENTS
15.1. This Agreement is subject to update and amendment as needed or as required by the Company. Any amendment or update to this agreement supersedes and nullifies the previous agreement in effect. The Client agrees that if the Client uses the Company’s services after such notification of changes in this Agreement, the Client will be bound by all such changes. At the time of such modification, the Client will have the opportunity to reject such modification by closure of his/her account.
16. FINAL WORD
16.1. Failure to abide by any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement may be considered as a material breach of contract.
16.2. In such case, we reserve the right to terminate or deny User the right to use our services immediately. MLM-INVEST Business reserves the right to cancel, deny or refuse service at our sole option and discretion if you have supplied us with information that we find to be false, misleading or that conceals or omits any details that could influence the services we provide to you.
16.3. User understands and agrees that MLM-INVEST Business shall not be held liable for any losses or damages that may result from our refusal to provide you our services. MLM-INVEST Business may act, at its sole discretion, with respect to user-submitted information that we deem necessary or appropriate if we believe it may result in potential liability for us or that it may cause us to loose, in whole or in part, the services of MLM-INVEST Business Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other suppliers.
16.5. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiating. If negotiations are no success, such disputes shall be settled in courts.
